After years of actively managing and growing businesses for others, I’m focused on acquiring the right small business to lead personally—with care, dedication, and a long-term vision for growth.
My mission is to apply my hands-on operations management and leadership experience to build upon the growth and success of the business I acquire.
I aim to provide the seller with confidence that:
- Their business is being left in capable, trustworthy hands
- Its most valuable assets—employees and customers—will be respected and well cared for
- Their legacy will not only be preserved but carried forward with integrity

About Me

My life has always been influenced by entrepreneurs. Whether it has been my grandparents establishing and operating their own corner grocery store, my father starting his own flooring business after retiring from the government, or my sister who has owned and operated her own service company for 40 years, I understand what a small business represents to its owner and I recognize the core values that are essential to keeping it healthy and thriving.
Before launching my own venture through Crisalid Growth, I served as Vice President and General Manager of a certified minority, woman-owned small business. In that role, I worked closely with the owner across all facets of the operation, helping to build a strong foundation that supported significant revenue growth and the team expansion needed to sustain it.
The success I achieved in my previous role was built on a strong foundation of more than 25 years of professional, educational, and life experience. A native of San Antonio, Texas, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in diverse environments—from Washington, D.C., where I advocated for the small business interests of America’s farmers and ranchers, to Europe, where I worked for a major food company. These experiences helped me understand the mindset of small business owners and how that perspective can drive success even within large organizations. Further, to prepare for my own entrepreneurial journey, I earned my Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
